Karen DeArmond Gardner

Karen left the corporate world in 2017 to utilize her skills to grow GPS into a global security company. 

​

Karen is an author, speaker, and advocate.

Her book HOPE FROM HEALING FROM DOMESTIC ABUSE released in 2021. She advocates for women before and after they leave domestic abuse.

Tom Gardner 

President

Mr. Gardner is a veteran of the US Air Force, where he trained as a K-9 and SWAT officer and served on an elite police unit. He was Honorably Discharged in 1985 for his distinguished service as a protector.

Tom is graduate of the Executive Protection Institute in Winchester, Virginia and is a Nine Lives member. He he's been a licensed protector and private investigator in the private sector since 2009.

​

Mr. Gardner has 40 years of military and civilian leadership experience in various roles including business ownership. His experience is instrumental as President of Gardner Protective Services. 

​

He enjoys spending time with his family. Tom has a passion for serving as an Elder in his church. His hobbies are fishing, camping, and golfing.

GPS Protectors / Bodyguards

 

 

Our team is comprised of Protectors who come from both U.S. and Allied military units, including:

 

  • Special forces

  • Dignitary protection  

  • Private Security Detail Operators

  • Protectors of Embassies

  • SWAT

  • Undercover narcotics

  • Alumni of many of the more well known civilian protection schools in the United States and Israel.

 

Our Protectors work as solo practitioners and on protection teams, have language skills for operations in North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.  GPS Protectors / Bodyguards have experience with high net worth families, C-Level executives at both publicly traded multinational corporations and top private companies, professional sports players, speakers, authors and faith leaders, as well as other high-risk individuals and groups.
